Event Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation

All event bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and the advance payment. Until both are received, dates remain available to other clients.

Advance Payment

A minimum advance of 30% of the total package cost is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid as per the schedule outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding the advance). Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Deliverables Timeline

Edited photos are typically delivered within 3–4 weeks of the event. Cinematic films and albums may take 6–8 weeks. Rush delivery options are available at additional cost.

Force Majeure

Unique Click By Sonam Singh shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies.
