1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Unique Click By Sonam Singh website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Unique Click By Sonam Singh provides professional photography and cinematography services, including but not limited to wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, maternity photography, event coverage, album design, and related post-production services.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable advance payment to confirm the date. The remaining balance is due as agreed upon in the service contract. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs and videos produced by Unique Click By Sonam Singh are the intellectual property of the studio. Clients receive a personal-use license for their images. Commercial use, redistribution, or modification of images without written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver the highest quality work, Unique Click By Sonam Singh shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, acts of nature, or venue restrictions.
